Summer Class Registration

Our summer program is super easy and has a Flexible Tuition designed to accommodate your summer vacations and plans. The goal for our summer programs is for everyone to be able to participate in classes and camps, but still be able to go on family vacations.  To make this possible we offer a flexible tuition schedule for our classes during the summer, which means you sign up and pay for 6 weeks, 8 weeks or the full summer of class.  The more classes you attend, the more you save per class.  Once your summer class request is received, you will be charged a $50 Summer Class Non-Refundable Deposit per class requested.  Then on May 10th the remaining summer tuition balance will be processed on your credit card on file with us. Registration is taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Summer Camp Registration

We have an awesome camp format that better serves working parents!  We have camps Monday through Friday all summer long. Morning camps are 8:30-Noon and afternoon camps are 1:00-4:30.  Full day campers (here for both morning and afternoon camps) will eat lunch with our staff and and have extra play time in the gym.

 

  • Summer Camps run from May 29th through August 9th
  • Summer camp registration opens March 1st!
  • You can mix and match all of our 3 1/2 hour camps. If you come to morning and afternoon camp on the same day, just bring a lunch and your child can spend lunch with our staff!
  • Gymnastics, Ninja and Theme Camps are $57 per half-day camp block.
  • Prince & Princess, SYTYCD and Advanced GymStar Camps are $45 per day.
  • Morning campers can add the lunch block with a 1:00 pick up or afternoon campers can be dropped off early at Noon for an additional $10. There is no additional lunch hour charge if you are enrolled in both morning and afternoon camps.

Summer Policies

 

  • Make-Up Classes: During the summer, we offer a flexible tuition schedule where you can purchase 6 weeks, 8 weeks, or the full summer of class to eliminate the need for make-up classes.  If you are unable to attend class for the number of weeks you purchased due to unforeseen circumstances, you may schedule a makeup in another like class.  All makeups must be completed within the summer session and MUST BE SCHEDULED through our office in advance.  Students ages 6 and up may also use the Saturday Open Gym as a make-up.  Please see our online calendar or the class schedule for days and times. We do not pro-rate or give credit for missed classes or camps.
  • Class Cancellation Policy: Classes with fewer than four students enrolled per week may be cancelled or re-scheduled.
  • Camp Cancellation Policy:  A full refund is available until June 1st. After June 1st, students may switch camp days up to the day before their scheduled camp, provided there is room in the day they wish to switch to. If your student is sick and cannot attend camp, you must notify Airborne at minimum, one hour prior to the start of camp in order to receive a credit to use towards another camp day. If you do not provide at least one hour’s notice prior to the start of camp, you will not receive credit or be able to reschedule.
  • Withdrawing from a Summer Class: you can withdraw from summer classes up until June 1st and receive a refund of tuition paid less the non-refundable deposit. After June 1st there are no refunds or credits given.
  • Multiple-Class Discount: Each additional class added, per student, is one flat rate depending on number of weeks being purchased! Add a second class for the full summer for $155, 8 weeks for $135 or 6 weeks for $99! Each student in a family pays the full rate price on their first and most expensive class.  Also applicable to competitive programs – try a class in a new department! Not applicable for Airborne Camps.
  • Payment Options: You can hold your summer class spot with a $50 Non-Refundable Deposit per summer class.  The summer tuition balance will then be ran on your credit card on file on Friday, May 10th.  A late fee of $15 will be assessed for any summer tuition not paid in full by May 10th. If your credit card on file is declined on May 10th, the $15 late fee will be assessed and if your summer tuition is not paid in full by May 15th, your student will be removed from the class roll and your $50 deposit will be forfeited.

School Year Class Registration

Our school year session has begun, however, we still have room in many of our amazing classes! You can register for classes through our parent portal. Once your class request is received, you will be charged the $50 School Year Session Administration Fee as well as the first month’s tuition. If you start mid-month, your tuition will be pro-rated accordingly.

Fees for our school-year classes are broken up into nine monthly tuition payments.  Once registered your ongoing tuition will be due on the 25th each month for the following month, unless you notify us otherwise prior to the 25th. Your Administration Fee is due when you register for a school year session class and is only charged once per school year session. Registration is taken on a first-come, first-served basis.  New students may enroll at any time on a space-available basis. If you are registering for a class through our customer portal you will submit your class request and once that submission is received by our office, we will process the charges for the Administration Fee and the current monthly tuition due and run the charges on the credit card on file.

 

  • Classes run from August 21st through May 24th  
  • Each tuition payment covers four weeks of class with the exception of September (Mondays only), December and March payments which will be prorated.

School Year Policies

  • School Year Administration Fee: The school year session administration fee of $50 is a family fee.  It remains the same regardless of the number of immediate family members enrolled at Airborne.  This fee is paid upon initial school year registration each school year session.  This administration fee helps cover the cost of registering and maintaining your family in our records.  This fee is not refundable or transferable.
  • Multiple-Class Discount: Each additional class added, per student, is just $79!  Each student in a family pays the full rate price on their first and most expensive class.  Not applicable to competitive gymnastics programs, dance company or Airborne Camps and Clinics.
  • Payment Options: You may choose automatic billing through a MasterCard, VISA, Discover, AMEX, or debit card.  We also have a non-automated option, but we still require a payment method to be on file in our office.  Please see our Tuition Payment and Billing Information form for details. A late fee of $15 will be assessed for any tuitions not paid in full by the last day of each month.
  • Make-Up Classes: If you are unable to attend class, you are welcome to schedule a makeup in another like class. You are allowed one make-up per month and all make-ups must be completed within 30 days of the absence and MUST BE SCHEDULED through our office in advance.  We do not pro-rate or give credit for missed classes or camps. Make-ups must be completed in the session it was accrued in and cannot be carried into the next session. (No make-ups allowed in our competitive programs, or dance company.)
  • Class Cancellation Policy: Classes with fewer than four students enrolled per week may be cancelled or re-scheduled.
  • Camp Cancellation Policy: You must let us know a full week (seven days) before the camp begins to receive a refund. Cancellations with less than one week prior to camp, i.e. camper illness: You must let us know, via email or phone message, a minimum of one hour prior to start of camp, to receive a credit on your Airborne account for future use and the credit must be used within one year.  If we receive notice with less than one hour prior to the start of camp, there will be no credit given.
  • Withdrawal Policy: We require written withdrawal notice by the 20 of your last month.  For example, if you plan to make February your last month, you must inform us in writing by February 20th so that you do not get charged for the upcoming month. There will be no tuition refunds for short notice of withdrawal.  If you withdraw mid-month you will not be charged tuition for the next month, however, you will not be refunded for any unused weeks of class remaining in the current month. Withdrawal forms are available at the front desk or online. If you wish to return to the class at a later date, you may do so on a space available basis.
