Registration & Enrollment
All enrollment and registration is online! Through our customer portal, you can create an account, submit your and your child’s information, payment information and agree to policies.
The Class Withdrawal form is an online form that will be sent to the Airborne Front Desk Staff upon completion. You may also withdraw in person at Airborne.
General Fees and Payment
Administration Fee: A School Year Session Administrative fee of $50 is due at time of enrollment. (You may register for the summer without paying this annual fee; if you start in the summer your administration fee is due when you enroll for fall classes.) The Administration Fee covers everyone in a family living in the same household. This fee must be paid each time you register for a new school year session. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
Multiple-class Discount: Each additional class added, per student, is just $79 for preschool gymnastics and dance classes OR $89 for school-aged gymnastics classes! Each student in a family pays the full rate price on their most expensive class. Not applicable to competitive gymnastics programs or dance company.
Late Payments: Payments received after the 30th will be charged a $30 late fee. On the 1st of the month, charges will be put through using the payment method we have on file. If payment is not received, students with an outstanding balance will not be permitted to continue in class.
Bounced Checks & Declined Credit Card: Automatic payments made with a credit card that are declined due to insufficient funds will be charged $15 per occurrence fee. In the case of multiple occurrences, Airborne will charge $25 per occurrence fee. All checks returned due to insufficient funds will be charged $25 per occurrence fee. In the case of multiple occurrences, Airborne may refuse further attempts to pay via check.
Summer vs. School Year Fees & Payment
Our gymnastics classes and trampoline & tumbling are divided into two seasonal programs, the School Year Program and the Summer Program. Our School Year program is set up to run through the entire school year – about nine months. Our Summer Program is set up to run June through August. When you enroll in a class in the fall, this class will build through the year and culminate at the end of May.
Summer Gymnastics Program
Summer Pricing Detail: Our summer program in billed on a flexible tuition schedule. The flexible tuition schedule allows you to take into consideration your vacations and other events and pay for only the number of weeks you will be in attendance.
Summer Payment Detail: Up until May 10th you can register for summer classes with a $50 non-refundable deposit per class. On May 10th and going forward from that date all summer class tuition is due in full at the time of registration. See our Summer Payment Policies.
School Year Gymnastics Program
For the School Year Program, tuition is due monthly, but the classes are continuous – they do not run from month to month. When you enroll in a class in the fall we assume you will be in class until the end of May, unless we are notified otherwise. See our withdrawal policy for further information.
School Year Pricing Detail: Fees for our school year classes are broken down into nine monthly payments due on the 25th of each month. Our billing months are based on 4 weeks of class in each month. If there is a billing cycle that does not have 4 weeks, for example, December because of the Winter Break then your tuition will be prorated to reflect that. When registering for a class, you must pay your first month’s fees as well as the Annual Administration Fee if it is due at that time.
School Year Payment Details: Payments are due by the 25th of each month for the upcoming month’s tuition, August through April. Automatic bill pay is available through MasterCard/Visa/Discover/AMEX.
Withdrawing from Classes
What happens if my child doesn’t like the class or if I need to remove my child for any reason?
Withhdrawal From Classes
School Year Withdrawal Policy: This applies to all students of Airborne. We require written notice by the 20th of your last month. For example, if you plan to make February your last month, you must inform us in writing by February 20th so that you do not get charge for the upcoming month. There will be no tuition refunds for short notice of withdrawal. If you withdraw mid-month you will not be charged tuition for the next month, however, you will not be refunded for any unused weeks of class remaining in the current month. All make-up tokens will be expired as of your last day of class and cannot be used once you withdraw from classes.
Class Withdrawal Form is an online form that will be sent to the Airborne Gymnastics Front Desk Staff at info@airbornecolorado.com upon completion. You may also withdrawal in person at Airborne Gymnastics.
Summer Withdrawal Policy: You can withdraw from summer classes up until June 1st and receive a refund of tuition paid less the $50 non-refundable class deposit. After June 1st there are no refunds or credits. This does not pertain to our year round competitive programs.
Switching Classes
Sometimes students find themselves in a class that doesn’t seem quite right. Whatever the reason, we understand there will be the need to change classes once in a while. Switching classes is allowed at any time on a space-available basis.
Though every parent’s opinion and desires are important and respected, we ask that you give us the opportunity to discuss your situation when you are considering switching classes. Instructors are trained to evaluate each student as they participate in each class. Their input is a great way to ensure your child is switching to a class that they will not only enjoy, but will also be the proper skill level.
Airborne Dance Class Registration
You can register for classes in person at the studio, or online through our parent portal.
We are a paperless office- all waivers and policies are agreed to online at the time of registration.
If you have previously had a student at Airborne, please follow the prompts to re-set your password rather than setting up a new account. If you don’t remember which email you set your account up under, give us a call and we can look it up for you.
